Europe-bound refugees drown after boat sinks off Libya’s coast

The Libyan coastguard recovered the bodies of 11 refugees, including a child, after a boat bound for Europe sank in the Mediterranean off the coast of Garabulli, near the Libyan capital Tripoli.

The boat was carrying 78 people and heading towards the Italian coast. The Libyan Coast Guard rescued the 67 survivors
