The Syrian Civil Defence, also known as the White Helmets, released a video on Monday said to show its members rescuing puppies from underneath rubble.
The group said the rubble was caused by shelling by Syrian government forces on the northwestern town of Maarat al-Numan, located between Homs and Aleppo.
